Billions of dollars in digital assets have been sold to NFTs and various collections have large market sizes. For example, according to metrics at dappradar.com, the Axie Infinity NFT collection grossed $ 3.81 billion in $ 11.4 million sales. Cryptopunks is the second largest NFT group with total sales of $ 2.32 billion.
The Cryptopunks group itself has an estimated market capitalization of $ 3 billion today, while the Bored Ape Yacht Club’s market cap is worth $ 2.5 billion. This particular sale helped propel the NFTs into the spotlight and the tangible token goods were recognized by the general audience. Beeple is one of the most popular NFT artists today and has launched its own NFT market called We.new.
